My years practising as an integrative doctor, and researching and lecturing at universities led to a desire to share knowledge of holistic health by condensing information into digestible formats, producing poetry, memory aids, story books and more. MAXIMISE:

  • Fasting – extend your overnight fast and only break-fast when hungry

PREPARE SUPER-SNACKS FOR DELICIOUS IMMUNE SUPPORT
